The new Ford Fiesta is the big hope of Ford on the global market. They will produce the new Ford Fiesta in the german Koln factory, and want to sell it worldwide.

After that, it will be produced also in U.S., if the sales shall go as expected. But on this turbulent car market, the sales never go as expected!

The new Ford Fiesta should carry on the impressive succes of the 90’s Fiesta.

The design is impressive, but not quite spectacular. Typical Ford Dynamic design. Very much place rear is not, you will touch the front seats with your knies. That matter is common in this class, all the concurents suffer from it.

The price is very acceptable: the premium class will be offered for 12 000 euros, making it very attractive and competitive.

The engine is a 1600 cc with 4 cylinders and 120 HP (88 kw)/ 6000 rot/min, reaching 100 km/h in 9,9 seconds and consumming  5,9 liters gasoline/100 km. Very low emissions, complying the Euro 5 norms.

It really could be a major hit this new Ford Fiesta, but very much is hanging on marketing and management.
